Job Summary

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new target customers within corporate offices, hospitality, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct sales visits, product demos, and trial offers (e.g., 7-day free trials).
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions-water coolers, coffee machines, or consumables.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing & contracts, upsell add?ons, and secure long?term rentals or sales.
  • Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with operations for delivery, service excellence, and timely follow?up.
  • Account Management: Grow existing relationships, renew contracts, and explore expansion within accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competition and industry trends; offer feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Reporting: Maintain CRM with pipeline, forecasts, and activity records.
