We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representativeto join our growing telecommunications sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services directly to businesses within an assigned territory. You will be on the front line, engaging with customers face-to-face, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that match their requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door and in-person visits to business customers.
Present, promote, and sell telecom products and services (Fibre, VoIP, etc.)
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a detailed knowledge of all products, services, and promotions
Handle customer objections and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Report sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager
Participate in regular team meetings and product training sessions
Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in all customer interactions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in field sales, telecom sales, or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends, if required)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
Preferred Qualities:
Familiarity with telecom services and the competitive landscape
Bilingual abilities
CRM or sales tracking software experience
