Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify leads, initiate contact, and set up qualified appointments for the sales team. You will be instrumental in building relationships and generating interest in our staffing solutions.
Conduct research to identify and target potential clients and decision-makers.
Make outbound calls and engage with leads via email and social media.
Qualify prospects based on their needs and pain points.
Schedule appointments for sales executives to conduct product demos or meetings.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our CRM.
Meet monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
