Sales Executive - New Business Development (Printing, Custom Packaging & Fulfilment Services)
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly driven Sales Executive / New Business Hunter to accelerate revenue growth by acquiring new clients across diverse industries. This individual will focus on engaging Marketing Teams, SMB Owners, Procurement, and Sourcing professionals to promote a full suite of printing, packaging, and fulfilment solutions including Personalized Direct Mail, Marketing Collateral, Point-of-Sale Displays, Environmental Store Signage, Custom Packaging, Magazines, Books, and Fulfilment Services.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional who thrives on prospecting, relationship building, and closing. You will leverage cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, Zoho, Dripify, and campaign management platforms to identify prospects, nurture relationships, obtain active quotes/specs for projects, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
  • Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers within Marketing, Procurement, and Operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand project requirements and future opportunities
  • Develop a pipeline of quality prospects and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Secure active quotes and specifications for upcoming print and packaging projects
  • Present tailored solutions and negotiate pricing to successfully close deals
  • Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to track activity, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
  • Strategically target key verticals including Retail, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and more
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Experience
  • Proven track record as a Sales Hunter with demonstrated success exceeding new business targets
  • Experience in printing, packaging, fulfillment, or related marketing services preferred (or strong ability to learn the industry)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to identify customer needs and decision drivers
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (Zoho preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify or similar tools
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of thriving independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
