Job Description
We're hiring hungry, part-time BDRs (cold callers) to join our fast-growing outbound agency that helps marketing companies grow with cold email.
You'll work directly with the founder, get hands-on training, and learn the exact cold calling system that's generated $1.5M+ in pipeline.
Job Details:
Main Role:
Your main job will be to make outbound calls to pitch our service to potential clients, qualify them, handle objections, and book sales meetings.You'll also call leads before their meetings to confirm show-ups, track your daily performance, and join weekly training calls to improve your skills.Compensation Structure:
Base + PerformanceTime & Location:
Remote, must be available in EST hours Monday-Friday.Skills:
Must have a strong work ethic, a good western-style accent, and good people/social skills. Ideally, have 6+ months of sales/cold calling/customer support experience.Application Process:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R26700,00 - R32000,00 per month
