Do you have experience serving retail clients in the construction and hardware sectors and an excellent understanding of business and industry standards?

Your primary responsibility will be to come up with practical solutions and compelling offers to help meet or exceed sales goals in the coastal region. In this role you will:
Create and put into action a detailed plan for selling products, aiming not just to meet but exceed set goals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by communicating effectively and offering tailored solutions. Take an active role in increasing sales, going beyond targets, and contributing to making the business more profitable and bigger. Ensure existing customers are happy by effectively managing and nurturing their accounts. Find and develop potential sales opportunities, making sure they result in successful orders. Regularly make sales calls, and provide accurate and timely reports.

Minimum requirements include the completion of Grade 12, and having a relevant degree or diploma would be advantageous. Reps should possess 4 xe2x80x93 6 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in a similar industry. Knowledge and experience in the retail, manufacturing, and construction industries are beneficial.

Itxe2x80x99s important to have the skill to turn sales and marketing plans into practical actions, and a proven record of successful sales is necessary. If you already have a network in retail and manufacturing, thatxe2x80x99s a plus! Youxe2x80x99ll also need a valid driverxe2x80x99s license.
