Business Development Representative/ Account Executive

As the ideal candidate, you excel at

Making high-volume outbound calls daily Building strong relationships with partners Sparking interest and generating leads Qualifying prospects effectively Closing deals with confidence

Responsibilities:

Build a strong understanding of TransPerfect's services, including their benefits and competitive advantage Identify and target prospective customers and organizations to drive sales activities Establish new client relationships through methods such as cold calling, online research, and trade shows Collaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities Educate clients on TransPerfect's services, promoting their value and relevance to client needs Work closely with the Production Management Team to manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer support Oversee pricing and contractual matters, ensuring compliance with company procedures Stay informed about clients' industries, business goals, and company culture to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions Take on additional projects or duties as needed to support business objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business At least 1 - 3 years' of outbound sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
