Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and dependable employee to manage complex loan processes and client interactions, with an emphasis on rapid onboarding and strong performance.
Must haves:
- quick learning ability, decision-making skills, and rapport-building with sophisticated high-net-worth clients.
- capable of handling complex loan products
- Long-term loyalty (2+ years) is a key criterion
- looking for a hire who can eventually replace manager in client consultations and handle complex interactions.
- Exceptionally clear spoken English; confident and persuasive.
- Ability to command a conversation and sound credible to high-net-worth clients.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
Presence & Professional Maturity
- Executive-level tone; comfortable speaking with CEOs and investors.
- Handles objections calmly and builds rapport quickly.
Sales Aptitude
- Natural influence and ability to guide a call toward the next steps.
- Demonstrates curiosity, ownership, and coachability.
Cognitive Ability
- Learns complex information quickly and thinks logically under pressure.
