Qualifications

Requirements

4-5 years experience with the security industry
Proven track record in business development, sales or account management (experience in security/domestic residential markets
PSIRA registered an advantage
Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting

Proven record of achieving sales targets Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic/residential guarding market
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, estate developers, and community associations
Develop customized security solutions to meet client specific needs
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and security consultations
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and report on sales activity and performance metrics
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and local market dynamics
