Job Description

Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across the Western Cape, ideal for a high-impact dealmaker with strong industry networks and the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders. In this role, you will lead the pursuit of large, complex Facilities Management (FM) opportunities by leveraging senior relationships, developing integrated solutions with operations, engineering and finance teams, shaping commercial strategy, overseeing bid governance, and representing Tsebo as a respected industry voice.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive the pursuit of high-value, multi-service FM opportunities in the Western Cape.
  • Build and maintain senior-level networks to unlock strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with technical, finance, and operational teams to develop integrated FM solutions.
  • Lead pricing, value proposition development, negotiations, and overall commercial strategy.
  • Manage high-value tender submissions and oversee internal bid governance.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM updates.
  • Represent Tsebo at industry events and executive forums as a sector thought leader.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, trends, and innovation.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Proven ability to influence and engage at C-suite level
  • Skilled in designing multi-service FM solutions
  • Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation capability for complex, high-value deals
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities independently
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • 5 plus years senior-level experience in B2B solution selling (FM, Engineering or Corporate Real Estate advantageous).
  • Track record securing high-value, multi-service contracts
  • Established industry network within FM or related sectors
  • Strong commercial, financial and negotiation capability
