Job Description


Our Client is a tech company focused on providing cloud-based software solutions for property management companies, specifically Sectional Title and HOA communities. Their SaaS offerings aim to simplify administration, compliance, and operational efficiency for managing agents and trustees.Duties & Responsibilities1. New Business AcquisitionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the property management and community scheme sectors.Research and approach potential clients such as managing agents, property developers, and body corporates.Present software demonstrations and product pitches tailored to client needs.2. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and onboarding.Track and report sales performance metrics using CRM systems.3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.Understand client needs and ensure a smooth handover to implementation and support teams.Gather feedback and relay market intelligence to the product team.4. Marketing CollaborationCollaborate with the marketing team to refine positioning, campaigns, and product messaging.Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and webinars.5. Industry & Product KnowledgeStay up to date with trends in property management, HOA governance, and software technology.Maintain a strong understanding of our clients product offerings and their impact on customer success.Qualifications & ExperienceEssential:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Studies, or a related field.Minimum of 35 years' experience in business development, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or property-related industries.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing long-term client relationships.Preferred:Experience working with or selling to property managers, community schemes, or real estate professionals.Understanding of the South African property market, especially Sectional Title & HOA environments.Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and craft compelling value propositions.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Other Requirements:Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.Willingness to travel within the Western Cape and occasionally nationally.Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong organizational skills.
