Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the security sector. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead proposal development and pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs. Attend industry events and monitor market trends. Manage CRM systems and sales forecasting. Oversee bid management processes and tender qualification.

Skills and Competencies

Business acumen and marketing insight. Negotiation and prospecting skills. Sales planning and goal orientation. Team collaboration and independence. Strong report writing and spreadsheet proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred). Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B solution selling. Proven success in the security industry, including physical and manned services. Strong knowledge of current technologies and industry trends. * Excellent communication, leadership, and financial acumen.
