Role Purpose

Manage and drive the identification and development of new market opportunities and support the process of facilitating access and engagement for sales and distribution in order to achieve business objectives.

Experience

  • 3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in sales, business development or relationship management within a financial services environment

Duties & Responsibilities

INTERNAL PROCESS
  • Develop and implement approaches to identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Ensure ongoing analysis of market opportunities in the segment.
  • Take full responsibility for the negotiation and acquisition of new markets with opportunity for payroll deduction arrangements xe2x80x93 including but not limited to new worksite partnerships, new union and employer schemexe2x80x99s etc.
  • Continuously ensure Deal making, partnering and collaboration with multi Channels
  • Keep abreast of trends, legislation and best practices within the financial services industry to optimise and align service offering.
  • Drive the implementation of the strategy to maximise revenue through alignment of solutions.
  • Implement and operationalise tactical plans in collaboration with executive management and other relevant business stakeholders enable service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with business areas to share knowledge, insights and address any gaps or challenges.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with business partners, stakeholders and business areas in order to understand business priorities and requirements.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and new product ideas from the business environment and share market insights with management team.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or potential challenges and implement mitigating tactics.
