Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager - Lubricants to drive growth across the automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial sectors. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic sales capability, and the ability to build and maintain high-value customer and distribution partnerships.

Develop and execute strategic action plans to grow lubricant and chemical sales across multiple sectors.
Identify and secure distribution partners to expand market coverage and profitability.
Drive organic volume and market share growth across transport, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, mining, marine, forestry, food and pharmaceutical industries.
Maintain and grow the existing customer portfolio; conduct joint business reviews and ensure high service levels.
Provide technical support and product training where required.
Lead and coordinate the regional sales team, monitor performance, and support skills development.
Develop regional budgets, participate in operational reviews, and ensure accurate reporting on sales, competitors, stock requirements and CRM data.

Minimum requirements

Grade 12 and valid Code 08 driver's license.
Diploma in Sales or Marketing advantageous.
Relevant training in Key Account Management, Negotiation, Presentation or Sales Management beneficial.
Minimum 5 years' high-level sales experience in the automotive/lubricants environment.
Strong product and technical knowledge of lubricants, chemicals or motor parts.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
