Our client, a major logistics and supply chain company with a strong national footprint, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager. In this role, you'll drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Your key performance areas:

• Proactively explore and secure new business opportunities within logistics and supply chain markets
• Design and execute strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful execution
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and refine strategies to achieve targets

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in business development, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related sectors
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and networking skills

Qualifications:

• Degree or qualification in Sales, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• Proven commercial business development experience in logistics or supply chain is highly desirable
