Job SummaryHire Resolve's client is currently working with a leading Agriculture company based in Johannesburg to find a talented Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the company within the Agriculture industry.Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Agriculture industry in Johannesburg
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the Agriculture industry
• Strong understanding of the Agriculture industry, including its products, services, and market dynamics
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
