We are seeking a talented, motivated with a hunter mentality, Software Business Development Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored software solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance existing products and develop new solutions based on market feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in software sales and business development.
Strong understanding of the software industry and emerging trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
