Position: Business Development Manager (Remote/Commission-Only) Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Relationship Management:

Sales and Revenue Generation:

Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research.
Remote Work Environment:
Effectively manage work responsibilities from a remote location.
Utilise virtual communication tools to stay connected with the team and clients.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in a business development or sales role, preferably in the recruitment or related industry.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey Placement House's value proposition.
Self-Motivated:
Ability to work independently and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with recruitment and staffing industry practices and trends.
Compensation: This is a commission-only position. The successful candidate will earn a competitive commission on each successful placement, providing unlimited earning potential.
