Responsibilities:
Meet, or exceed, the individual corporate sales target which is set annually
Ensure the team meets, or exceeds, the group corporate sales target, which is set annually
Managing and leading the corporate sales team and as needed, outsourced business support processes, including the entire Chartall ranges of products and services
Monitoring Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G) sales practices / performance and implementing a culture that is goal-oriented and focused on continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant NQF 8 qualification
2 yearsxe2x80x99 sales management experience
5 years of sales experience with proven successful sales track record
Business to Business (B2B) marketing strategy, planning and execution insight
Corporate new business development and key account management sales skills
Knowledge of numerous Customer service practices
