Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive position located in Durban. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts.
Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, analysing business trends, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong Business acumen and strategic planning abilities
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Account Management and relationship-building strategies
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to market trends
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the insurance or funeral services industry is advantageous but not mandatory
