Opening for a Business Development Manager to join a reputable company in the alcohol beverage industry, offering a diverse portfolio of premium brands that cater to modern consumers. They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand their market presence and forge strong partnerships across upmarket distributors such as bars and restaurants within the Cape Peninsula and Ottery area. As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the building and maintaining of strong POC relationships by working with different teams and departments, managing customer expectations by ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion as well as developing new sales opportunities and implementing customer specific business programs and account plans. 
 3-year tertiary qualification 
 3 5 years of experience in a FMCG sales environment 
 A valid drivers license 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to foster and maintain professional relationships 
 An entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills 
 Ability to be innovative in regard to events and promotional activities
