Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored business strategies for local market dynamics, preferences, and regulations.
  • Lead market research considering demand, pricing trends, buyer demographics, and lifestyle preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership for effective business development.
  • Represent business development in the Leadership Team.
  • Lead and develop a skilled sales team with clear metrics and targets.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance sales skills and market understanding.
  • Cultivate a collaborative team culture, encourage sharing insights and best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Understand key market players and foster relationships.
  • Gain deep understanding of buyer preferences, lifestyle, property features, and amenities.
  • Manage development handovers, legal matters, customization, and customer service.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales process, aligning with project timelines and legal requirements.
  • Analyse sales data, optimise processes, and maximise conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws and compliance.
  • Continuously analyse sales performance against local trends and competition.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts.
  • Manage revenue forecasting and risk.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and system reporting by Sales Consultants.
  • Optimise system reporting and dashboarding for better insights.
Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Brings over 10 years of experience in property, particularly property development.
  • Possesses more than 5 years of people management experience.
  • Has over 5 years of property business development experience with a strong track record of high-performance sales and business development teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software usage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled networker and relationship builder.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to inspire teams to surpass targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills with problem-solving orientation.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker.
