Job Description
Our client in the Digital Learning and Gaming industry is currently looking for a Business Development Executive, in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and leverage business development opportunities and strategies to drive growth in new industries with their offering.
- Develop a deep understanding of the organisationxe2x80x99s products and services and craft value proposition for market.
- Coordinate with marketing team to design and drive marketing campaigns for lead generation based on different value propositions.
- Construct and propose business proposals for potential clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in various sectors.
- Organise and attend client meetings and industry networking events to promote offering.
- Must have between 2 xe2x80x93 5 years sales experience in similar or complementary company (Human Resources, Digital Transformation or Consulting) with proven track record.
- Must have the ability to source new business and develop relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in fluid environment.
- Driven self-start with the ability to work independently.
- Able to prioritise and effectively manage time, tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to deal with contracting and commercial aspect of sale.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
- An enthusiastic and dedicated person who thrives on diversity and welcomes challenges in a dynamic work environment.
- R30 000 xe2x80x93 R40 000 per month + commission and bonuses.
