You will be the
frontline closer

Key Responsibilities
Inbox & Lead Management
Handle replies from high-intent prospects promptly.
Craft clear, persuasive, and professional responses, using your
own judgment and GPT expertise
to handle replies outside the script.
Address objections related to price, timing, trust, and value.
Maintain an organized CRM or tracking system for all leads and follow-ups.
Sales Follow-Ups
Follow up persistently with non-responsive or "not now" leads.
Re-engage and nurture leads to move deals forward.
Maintain urgency without being pushy.
Deal Closing & Payments
Guide prospects toward decision-making and close deals.
Send contracts, payment links, and confirm payment completion.
Coordinate internally once a deal is closed.
Phone & Voice Sales
Call qualified leads proactively and take inbound calls.
Conduct Zoom calls to present offers and close deals.
Confidently handle objections and close high-ticket deals over the phone.
Ownership & Accountability
Treat your inbox and pipeline as your personal revenue engine.
Take full responsibility for achieving targets and results.
Work independently, with high motivation and dedication--even beyond tracked hours if required.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
Strong written English: clear, persuasive, professional.
Confident spoken English (neutral or globally understandable accent).
Proven
sales and closing experience
, preferably in high-ticket coaching, consulting, or agency services.
Ability to handle objections calmly and logically.
Comfortable following up multiple times and asking for the close.

Technical & Workflow Skills

Base Salary:

Commission:
Paid per closed deal (uncapped)
Performance Bonuses:
