Job Summary Role Overview You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across South Africa and the region for our mobility solutions. This includes engaging with fleet operators, property developers, logistics firms, and other commercial clients who are transitioning to electric vehicles. This is a remote, commission-only position; ideal for someone with a strong network, hunger for growth, and belief in Africa's green energy future. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential B2B clients across fleet, logistics, real estate, retail, and energy sectors Build a qualified sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry connections Present mobility solutions to prospects with confidence and technical understanding (training provided) Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers and procurement teams Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Provide market feedback and contribute to overall business development strategy Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or solution selling (energy, logistics, tech, or infrastructure experience a plus) Strong network in transport, logistics, fleet management, or property development sectors Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and deliver results Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Passionate about sustainability, technology, and innovation.
