Our mission is to celebrate sustainable fashion by upcycling and curating the finest selection of preloved luxury bags, shoes, and accessories. With a commitment to authenticity, quality, and style, we offer discerning clients access to the world's most coveted designer brands through our boutique and online shop.

We are now seeking a highly professional, style-savvy, and business-minded Business Development and Sales Manager to increase sales, source new products, develop customer relations and strengthen our reputation as the premier destination for luxury preloved fashion. This role calls for someone vibrant, outgoing, resourceful and driven -- with a passion for high-end fashion, and an entrepreneurial flair.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day sales at the store with a focus on excellence and discretion. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong client relationships. Curate, display, and merchandise luxury items to highlight exclusivity and quality. Manage inventory, including intake of new items, authentication, and pricing. Drive sales performance while upholding the boutique's luxury brand image. Ensure the store environment is elegant, welcoming, and aligned with brand identity. Develop client engagement and sales strategies

Requirements

A Diploma/Degree in Design / Fashion (advantageous but not a necessity) Strong understanding of designer labels and fashion trends Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to engage an exclusive clientele. Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills. Business-minded Attention to detail Ability to problem solve Ability to think outside the box Reliable Ambitious Positive disposition
