: Sofia is seeking highly talented Business Developers with a minimum of 2 years of staffing agency experience to join our dynamic team. As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships within the real estate industry. This position offers competitive hourly rates above market value, along with commission incentives for closed deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with prospects.
  • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a staffing agency or similar sales role.
  • Exceptional language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Established LinkedIn network with 500+ connections, preferably in the real estate space.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management software.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/business development within an offshore employment/staffing agency.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with recruiting platforms and a keen understanding of the hiring landscape.
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business development.
