Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and secure new customers to meet annual sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for agri-tech solutions
Identify and close opportunities for returnable packaging and equipment supply
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve queries proactively
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Minimum 5 years' sales experience, including 3 years in agricultural supply chain
Understanding of web/mobile applications, RFID/barcode technology, IoT devices, and GPS tracking
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills
Advanced MS Office and CRM proficiency
Self-motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused
