Requirements
Degree in Business/Marketing/IT (or similar)
5 years or more sales experience (min. 3 years in agricultural supply chain)
Strong understanding of web/mobile apps, RFID/barcode scanning, IoT devices, GPS tracking
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of closing deals & hitting targets
Advanced MS Office and CRM skills
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, pitch and secure new clients
Sell full agri-tech suite: Spray, Harvest, Scouting, Asset Management, Pruning
Identify and close opportunities in returnable packaging for harvest, storage and equipment
Maintain strong client relationships & resolve queries
Gather customer requirements and communicate to internal teams
Analyse competitors, markets and pricing trends
Prepare monthly sales reports & variance analysis
Support innovation, key accounts, and on-site project teams
Keep up with industry trends, tech developments, and agri supply-chain best practices
