Job purpose
This role is the custodian of the retail service stations with the purpose of building and maintaining strong customer relationships and compliance that facilitate a high-performance sale driven environment. Acts as an interface between the retailers and the company and seeks out opportunities for sustainability, grow and develop operational excellence aligned to the Company Brand in the NC Network. Overseeing the success of critical initiatives and business disciplines that drive, including being accountable to achieve and exceed the sales volume targets and liaising with a broad range of internal and external.

  • 3 to 5 years previous experience in a similar role or within a fuel service station environment.
  • Must reside or relocate to the Northern Cape
  • Must be able to travel to the Northern Cape on a regular basis
  • Strong retail fuel industry experience (Non-negotiable).
  • Strong communication skills and able to build rapport with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Well articulate, a good listener and a strong communicator.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to think and act strategically in the best interests of the company.
  • Well-presented
  • Able to work independently and self-disciplined, as the role is often done remotely or whilst travelling.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans
  • South African citizen
