As a Business Area Manager, you'll collaborate with a prominent multinational OEM in Europe. Your role entails spearheading a team comprising Engineers and/or Administrators to effectively oversee your client's asset management system. Immersion in industry-leading asset management practices and access to comprehensive training resources will empower you to excel as a physical asset management expert. Leveraging your logical and analytical engineering acumen, you'll devise innovative solutions to enhance your client's asset management system. This position involves international travel and interaction with diverse cultures and teams, enriching your professional experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical)
  • 6+ years of hands-on EAMS experience (Advantageous: 3-4 years On Key experience)
  • Applied knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering
  • 3-5 years managemnt experience leading a team
  • Proven application of Project Managemenet or Agile Project Management methodology
  • Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge
  • Previous experience in Pragma and On Key will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the companyxe2x80x99s approved business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
  • Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and efficiency gains and lead the execution of improvement projects
  • Monitor and provide guidance for the successful implementation of internal and external projects
  • Create and maintain service contracts
  • Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects
  • Establish and align Division culture and values with the group's culture and values, including HSSE and diversity
  • Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely payment of services rendered
  • Assisting in setting the strategy for the business area
  • Delegate responsibilities, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance in the team
