Business Architect
Job Description
Our client in the Audit Assurance Consulting sector is looking for a Business Architect on a 12 months contract duration.
Role Purpose
The Business Architect plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business strategy and enterprise technology delivery. Operating within the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function, the Business Architect defines, maps, and maintains the business capability model, ensuring all initiatives, processes, and technology solutions align with organizational goals and the enterprise target operating model. This role partners with senior business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, and Solution Architects to translate strategic objectives into executable business and technology transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or strategic business analysis.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, capability mapping, and business process design.
- Proven experience working in EA-aligned environments where architecture governance and business capability modelling are embedded practices.
- Experience in consulting or transformation programs across complex organizations.
- Exposure to digital transformation, process optimization, or enterprise modernization programs.
