? What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will:

• ? Analyse Business Needs: Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• ? Design Solutions: Collaborate with IT architects and vendors to define system architecture and functional specifications.
• ? Test & Validate: Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• ? Deliver Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles--from initiation and planning to implementation and handover.
• ? Drive Change: Facilitate workshops, present proposals to senior leadership, and lead digital transformation efforts.
• ? Lead Teams: Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective self-management and teamwork.
