Business Analyst

Job Description
A Business Analyst is required to join an Agricultural business in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a Business Analyst you will be required to collect detailed business requirements to enhance existing modules within the IT system. You will need to integrate with third party software using an Agile Methodology. As part of this company you will be be involved in building systems from the ground up. You will be scoping, designing and implementing information.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Degree or Business analysis Certificate
- 5+ years' experience in business Analysis
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI and Tableau
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Generating reports and dashboards using business intelligence applications
- Managing scoping workshops to determine and document business and user requirements
- Project management
- Be part of a 5 year business strategy to implement new business intelligence systems
- Manage the scoping, design, implementation, staff training and ongoing support of new and bespoke company wide, customer relationship management, logistics management, inventory, quality management and business intelligence systems
- Systems development
- System maintenance
- Reporting
- Assist management to develop, manage and enforce business rules
- Train and encourage users to own key data
- Perform other data management and analysis tasks
- Manage system master data
- Manage system user permissions and profiles
- Check and approve system development and licensing invoices and track and report expenditure against budget
