Qualifications and Experience required:
5 to 8 years of experience in medium to complex system development projects, ideally in financial services or insurance.
A Commerce or IT-related undergraduate degree (e.g., B.Com Information Systems, BBusSc Information Systems) or an equivalent IT diploma
Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technologies is a plus.
Experience in project management or leading agile teams is a plus.
Able to conceptualise the bigger picture and translate complex ideas into simple, actionable business language.
A critical thinker with proven problem-solving skills.
Skilled at designing and executing solution approaches to solve business problems and tracking progress against a plan.
Hands-on experience with technical scripting or configuration, such as SQL or low-code programming tools.
Has a solid understanding of technology and delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated depth in Business Analysis, including: Scoping, planning and estimating delivery strategies for own or team deliverables across the SDLC.
Effective risk and issue management for individual or team deliverables.
Proven leadership experience, with accountability for project outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including identifying, analyzing, and addressing their roles, influence, and impact on delivery.
