Summary:

The Business Analyst (Intermediate) successfully implements projects, enhancements and manages production issues with a full application of the SDLC approach. The incumbent ensures that plans are integrated before implementation, drives the design and modification that meets business needs, and builds internal and external stakeholder relations. Understand the business requirements, and through a structured process, document, validate and translate it into functional specifications that are used by developers to develop a technical solution.

Key Activities / Output:

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs by eliciting, validating, and refining requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with technical teams. Build and maintain client relationships through collaboration and consultation. Support clients in articulating outcomes, prioritizing requirements, and identifying benefits. Challenge and advise on solutions, ensuring strategic alignment. Document localization and configuration requirements specific to markets. Act as a data steward throughout the SDLC for compliant and accurate data use. Validate solutions and UI/UX designs with clients and internal teams. Coordinate cross functional activities and manage communication and issue resolution. Contribute to planning, estimation, reporting, and scope management for successful delivery.
