What will you do?
A CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst will be responsible for Identifying and examining business needs to determine timely and effective designs for the business functions and processes. You will perform systematic and methodical investigations, analysis and documentation for selected business areas and candidates for D365 CRM. The business analyst will elicit detailed high-quality requirements (functional, non-functional, informational), formulate process maps and solutions designs across the application environment that conforms to the frameworks and standards. The role supports the ownership of the shared software assets related to CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a business analyst you will define and deliver Business and Technical applications integrations across business areas with a Core focus on Customer Relationship Management systems, deeply embedded with Case Management. In addition, you will be a D365 CRM subject matter expert contributing to the capability growth, platform sustainability and scale. The role supports the Platform Engineering across the business cluster using the technical and business resources to meet the business application requirements. Finally, this functional role spans from early concept to market and subsequent optimization stages of the platform.
