What will you do?

A CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Analyst will be responsible for Identifying and examining business needs to determine timely and effective designs for the business functions and processes. You will perform systematic and methodical investigations, analysis and documentation for selected business areas and candidates for D365 CRM. The business analyst will elicit detailed high-quality requirements (functional, non-functional, informational), formulate process maps and solutions designs across the application environment that conforms to the frameworks and standards. The role supports the ownership of the shared software assets related to CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365. As a business analyst you will define and deliver Business and Technical applications integrations across business areas with a Core focus on Customer Relationship Management systems, deeply embedded with Case Management. In addition, you will be a D365 CRM subject matter expert contributing to the capability growth, platform sustainability and scale. The role supports the Platform Engineering across the business cluster using the technical and business resources to meet the business application requirements. Finally, this functional role spans from early concept to market and subsequent optimization stages of the platform.

  • Define and design business solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Perform efficient and effective JAD facilitation with relevant project stakeholders
  • Support the formulation of standards, frameworks and principles for D365 implementation SOP
  • Define, drive and adhere to adoption of platform principles / standards/ governance
  • Assist with Designs, architecting and implementations of data integrations to support the workflow and automation used for statistical visualization.
  • Ensure smooth handover from the use case onboarding into the productionized state of use
  • Support the wider execution of the D365 platform through system product scaling
  • Communicate with Product users and Manage Product development to maximise the platform value creation across the IT and Business Landscape
  • Support the Business Case management of the scope, cost and time and documents the benefits and the related financial value that the project/work request will deliver
  • Define Business requirements and System Functional Specifications including process maps
  • Enable the target platform structure, support transformation to reach the target with governance adherence
  • Facilitate the CRM service offering and engagement model with vendors for project initiation
  • Drive technical discussions for solution architecture and implementation model
  • Lead the configuration, build and integration activities with best practice standards for current and future implementations.
  • Identify project risks and issues and ensure that they are documented
  • Produce User Acceptance Test Cases and Scenarios
  • Provide regular, continuous and accurate feedback to project management team
  • Participation in and sign-off of user acceptance testing, pilot and production testing
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and operational teams to lead prioritisation of changes and lead defect backlog prioritization.
  • Support agile events, including presentations, introductions, show& tells, and retrospectives
  • Maintain an understanding of the existing and potential platform capabilities.
  • Proactive identification of platform enhancements (including non-functional), facilitate communication of roadmaps and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure system designs support the goal of xe2x80x9cright first timexe2x80x9d, reduces time to market and / minimises cost to deliver and support - whilst meeting agreed business requirements
  • Share knowledge and expertise to support business and IT change, Scaled Agile Framework as a system for implementing Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices at scale.
  • Help to provide training within the department
  • Review and approve estimation and impact assessment activities to support capacity and capability planning as well as key system documentation
Qualification and Experience
  • Business Analysis Qualification
  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
  • Experience with Business analysis Requirement elicitation & Process Engineering
  • Demonstratable experience in implementation of CRM & Workflow
  • Software development background in the CRM area
  • Enterprise level software delivery experience with Agile/SAFE
  • At least 5 years CRM Application and Workflow management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) in particular would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in a technical environment with API's and integrations
  • Financial services experience
Knowledge and Skills
  • In-depth technical Experience and Knowledge of CRM with workflow applications
  • Experienced in Feature and Component Lifecycle delivery
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in written, verbal and group facilitation formats
  • Vast experience of designing software systems and working with software delivery teams
  • Working knowledge of software engineering best practices and frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Technical background and willingness to work agnostically

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of working effectively in a team environment
