Job Description
Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a professional Business Analyst on a contract duration of 6 months.
Business Analyst:
- Deep telco knowledge across OSS/BSS processes
- Requirements analysis, process modelling and documentation capability
- Experience producing to-be processes, customer journeys and business cases
- Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and elicitation skills
