Position: Business Analyst

Summary:
The business analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions to drive operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather and translate requirements into actionable and measurable objectives. The business analyst will also play a key role in assessing the impact of proposed changes and ensuring successful implementation of business strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and system documentation.
3. Develop process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and business process models, to provide clarity and understanding to all stakeholders.
4. Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired state, and propose effective solutions to bridge the gap.
5. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
6. Work closely with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
2. Proven working experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
3. Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
4. Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation.
