Job Description

Reverside, an established IT services provider delivering Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across our client portfolio.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of technology solutions aligned with organisational objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, structured analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to support solution delivery.
Collaborate with development teams, architects, and project managers.
Support solution validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Produce clear documentation, functional specifications, and status reporting.
Assist with project planning, change management, and delivery tracking.
Required Experience & Skills
3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital transformation projects
Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design
Exposure to Agile delivery environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent
Solid understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycles
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant Business Analysis or Project Management certifications advantageous
