Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and related data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • Interpret and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for implementation.
  • Develop analytical models and deliver insightful reporting to support executive decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Create and distribute reports and dashboards across multiple platforms to ensure visibility of key performance metrics.
  • Manage projects end-to-end as a self-directed professional - overseeing communication, documentation, testing, and delivery.
  • Collaborate and engage directly with senior executives, presenting findings, models, and recommendations to business forums and leadership teams.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or another relevant discipline.
Experience:
  • 3 years' background in business analysis complemented by 2 years of project management experience
  • Proficient in computer applications, with intermediate skills in Excel modelling (including VBA) and Visio, and knowledge of SQL and Power BI
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong business analysis expertise with a keen interest in understanding business operations and supporting technologies.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical solutions.
  • Agile and proactive - maintains focus, energy, and composure under pressure while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Self-driven and reliable - capable of working independently with minimal supervision to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Professional and discreet, demonstrating integrity, commitment, and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Collaborative and hands -on, with a consultative mindset and proven ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments.
