Our client, a dynamic and innovative Telecommunications company committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions, is looking for a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days in office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, translating these into precise and comprehensive functional specifications aligned with business requirements.
• Lead IT-related projects by formulating meticulous project plans, monitoring progress, and conducting pre- and post-project analyses.
• Effectively communicate recommendations to senior management through comprehensive reports, detailed documentation, and presentations, facilitating integration into business strategies.
• Oversee the change management process, conceptualizing suggestions for strategic and operational changes, evaluating risks, supporting staff during implementation, and evaluating the impact of changes.
• Manage the User Acceptance Testing process to ensure alignment of implemented solutions with business requirements.
• Analyze information and contribute to the formulation of strategic, technical, and governance plans.
• Demonstrate proficiency in recognizing patterns and identifying key issues within complex scenarios.
• Effectively communicate technical ideas and information in both written and verbal formats.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of products, services, organizational structures, processes, and related technology to offer suitable solutions.
• Establish connections between the organizational mission and vision, recommending processes and technologies in alignment with these core values.
• Understand diverse stakeholder needs, foster positive relationships, and tailor recommendations to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Drive projects by establishing attainable goals, focusing on key performance areas, efficiently organizing project deliverables, and ensuring adherence to established standards.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• BSc Computer Science degree, a Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related Degree.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years' experience in process and business analysis.
• Profound understanding of relevant frameworks and methodologies, with an advantage of software development methodologies, modern programming languages, and applicable tooling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently, consistently delivering high-quality results within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Substantial experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and effectively engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Telecommunication experience is an advantage.
