The Business Analyst is responsible for evaluating business processes, operational activities, and financial outcomes to determine what works well, what does not, and where improvements can be made. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to understand business needs, measure performance, and support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities :
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Assess current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Calculate how much the company earns per trip and assess all activities to determine costs or benefits to the business.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and management to implement effective solutions.
Assist in testing and validating new systems or process changes.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements :
Grade 12
Relevant certifications such as Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) or similar are advantageous.
2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with business intelligence tools, databases, or ERP systems is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
