Business Analyst & Crm Specialist
Job Description
My client is looking for a Business Analyst & CRM Specialist, to join their dynamic team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
3-5 years' business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in CRM administration/customization.
CRM Management & Optimization (60%)
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement (40%)
Experience in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Understanding of healthcare data flows, patient management systems, or public health programs (advantageous).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, clinical, and operational teams.
