The Business Administration Training Scheme (BATS) is a 1-year programme for young Business Administration graduates.
What You Bring
- Graduates must hold a BCOM Accounting / Finance qualification
- Candidates will need to register with a professional body for their professional qualifications.
- Clear criminal record
- Hard working, driven, be able to work under pressure.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to perform under pressure.
- Must have advanced skills in Excel
- Must be proactive.
- Good verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good organizational, administration and time management skills.
- A proactive attitude.
- Personal integrity and trustworthiness.
- A willingness to treat all people with respect, integrity, and consistency.
- High levels of initiative and "get up and go" to manage own workflow to meet objectives.
- A capacity for persistence and resilience and patience in a sometimes-challenging environment.
- An appreciation of the value of teamwork and willingness to work as part of a team, providing support for other team members as required.
