Discover the Role
In this position, you'll play a key role in shaping the Business Academy's presence and impact. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include researching and developing creative solutions, crafting and refreshing promotional materials, and producing engaging newsletters. You'll also provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs. While most of your collaboration will be within the Business Academy team, you'll occasionally connect with colleagues across the wider business through meetings and shared initiatives. Guidance and feedback will be available from your manager and senior stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow as you contribute to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and draft solutions for review
Design and update promotional material for the Business Academy
Write and edit newsletters for the Business Academy
Support any appropriate administrativedelivery for projects or programs
Tasks are performed on a day-to-day basis, with periodic review and guidancefrom line manager or senior team stakeholder
Predominantly will interact within the Business Academy team, though may join meetings or email threads that include the wider business
Key Requirements
Ideally, you meet the following criteria:
Educational background in communications/design/marketing;
Proficient in MS Office suite needed for reporting and presentations;
Shows understanding of processes and systems;
Adheres to the values of TMF Group in both external and internal interactions;
Shows awareness of who their stakeholders are and their business needs;
Responds promptly to requests and whenever possible within agreed timelines;
Follows through on agreements and expectations to stakeholders and team, keeping them updated as appropriate;
Understand the impacts of poor service and confident to escalate issues when needed.
