Are you a seasoned professional in property and facilities management, seeking the next step in your career? Our global client is actively seeking a Building and Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team and act as on-site project manager with one of their key clients - a leading company in the South African market. Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Expense Control management
- Building Management & Administration
- Tenant Installations, Revamps & Upgrades
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Building Inspections
- Management and execution of building relevant activities
- Quality/standards awareness and implementation
- Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in building and facilities management
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) qualification
- Tertiary qualification beneficial
- Electrical, mechanical or Construction background advantageous
- Knowledge/Understanding of generators is essential
- Industry compliance experience is vital
- Extensive knowledge of the OHS Act
