We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to fill the role of Budtender at our exciting new Cannabis Social Club. If you're over 21 years old, have a Grade 12 diploma, and have a deep appreciation for cannabis, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and informative environment for our members and customers. Your primary responsibility will be assisting them in making informed choices about cannabis products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist members with a friendly and professional demeanour. Provide in-depth knowledge about cannabis strains, products, and their effects. Educate members on the responsible use of cannabis and harm reduction practices. Accurately weigh and package cannabis products. Maintain a clean and organised store appearance. Check memberships to ensure compliance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent. Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous. Basic understanding of the cannabis plant and its compounds. Must be a cannabis consumer for at least 3 years. Possession of a driver's license and access to a vehicle is advantageous. Skills and Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for cannabis and a commitment to promoting responsible consumption. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving industry. Team player with a positive attitude. Knowledge of local and state/provincial cannabis regulations is a plus.

Pay: R5000,00 - R7000,00 per month

Mossel Bay, Western Cape 6506: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
