The Role

We're looking for a confident, friendly Budtender to join our front-of-house team. This role is about hosting, guiding members through our budbar experience, and delivering exceptional service in a relaxed, social environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming members and guests with warmth and professionalism Guiding members through the budbar menu and lifestyle offerings Creating a comfortable, inclusive, and premium experience Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the budbar area Answering member questions and offering personalised recommendations Working closely with the team to uphold Infusion's standards and vibe Following all internal procedures, house rules, and compliance guidelines
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hospitality, lounge, retail, or customer-facing experience (preferred) Calm, confident presence in social environments Attention to detail and pride in presentation Availability for evenings, weekends, and events Interest in lifestyle, culture, and community-driven spaces
