Bubble Tea Barista Trainer
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bubble Tea Trainer who will play a key role in maintaining our product standards by training staff, improving skill levels, and ensuring consistent quality across all stores.
- Provide training on bubble tea preparation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and product quality control.
- Guide new employees on beverage-making techniques and store workflow.
- Assist in developing training materials and updating training standards.
- Support store operations when necessary and ensure consistency in product quality.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Matric certificate or above.
- Able to operate a computer (basic office software).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for the food & beverage industry.
- Experience in beverage preparation or training is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and travel between stores if needed.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: From R7000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
